Description:  Founded in 1936, Mink Meadows is a semi-private year round classic seaside golf course on the Island of Martha’s Vineyard. Designed by renowned architect Wayne Stiles in the format of his contemporary Donald Ross, this 9 hole course can be enjoyed as either a time-saving 9 hole experience, or a full 18 hole round, with senior and forward tees that allow golfers of all experience levels to enjoy the course. Sound environmental turf maintenance methods  have been in use for over 20 years, making this course enjoyed by both Presidents Clinton and Obama a highly sought after attraction for island visitors. Qualifications:  The qualified candidate must possess a 2 or 4 year degree in Turfgrass Management.  Minimum of five (5) years experience as a superintendent or assistant superintendent is required.  Must have or be able to obtain a Massachusetts Applicators License. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong leadership and organizational qualities, be computer literate and able to develop and manage both an operational and capital budget.

Compensation Package: Salary is $70,000-$85,000 depending on experience.  Other benefits include performance bonus, medical insurance (club pays 90%), 401(k) plan, rent free employee housing (2 bedroom apartment on-site), 2-weeks paid vacation, dues paid for local and national associations.
