WAVERLY OAKS GOLF CLUB, Plymouth, MA is a championship daily-fee facility designed by Brian Silva in 1998. The greens, tees and fairways are predominantly a bent/poa mix with RainBird irrigation. WOGC is seeking a responsible, ambitious individual to join the maintenance crew team.
Under the supervision of the Superintendent and Assistant, the 2nd Assistant shall assist with conducting the daily operations of the maintenance program. Responsibilities would include but not limited to all aspects of maintaining the golf course, clubhouse grounds and associated properties, course set-up, irrigation repair and installation, pesticide/fertilizer applications, routine equipment maintenance and snow removal.
QUALIFICATIONS: A turf management degree or certificate. Two years prior golf course or turf grass maintenance experience. MA pesticide licensed preferred.
COMPENSATION: Competitive industry standard wages and benefits based on experience
