Guest Policy for RIGCSA October Meeting – Superintendent/Assistant Tournament (with Other Division)
This meeting was started as a special and fun event for superintendents to bring their assistants to a meeting and show their appreciation for all their hard work during the season. Due to the popularity of this event and the limited field we have come up with a policy for bringing guests to this event. 

⦁    We request that each superintendent member bring only one assistant as their partner. The assistant does not have to be a member of the RIGCSA.  
⦁    If a superintendent member does not have a designated assistant then they can bring a staff member who they consider their assistant as their partner (not a pro, friend, vendor, etc.)
⦁    Any other assistants are encouraged to attend as long as they are RIGCSA members.  Otherwise they will be added to the waiting list.  
⦁    Any other member wishing to bring a non-member to this event will have their guest added to the waiting list until the registration deadline has passed.

⦁    Anyone attending this event must be current with their membership dues.  You will be put on the waiting list if your dues were paid after August 31st.

Once the registration deadline has passed if there are any spots available we will contact you in the order that you registered.
